Video of Washing Oysters in McClellanville

Here’s a video of Jeff and I washing oysters at the fish house in McClellanville this past weekend.  The oysters were picked that morning in Bull’s Bay.  The water we wash the oysters with is DHEC approved, and the high pressure hose gets them nice and clean.  The wire baskets in the first half of the video are what we use to measure out a bushel.  After washing, the oysters are loaded up for delivery around the Charleston area.  The reggae is just because.  If you want your oysters fresh, clean, and delivered, give us a call at 843-345-6830.
